Please complete the following forms and mail to the school office by May 15, 2020:
1.  Summer School 2020 Registration Form - signed
2.  Student Publication/Audio/Visual Release Form
3.  Technology Responsible Use Form
4.  Check for $190 - payable to Kalani High School
